As a Localization coordinator for Decathlon Estonia, , your main tasks would be to ensure a seamless localization process for the Estonian language and manage in-store communication process, providing local sports enthusiasts with high-quality content in the store and online .
You will be responsible for:
Communication with translation agencies, monitoring them on quality and on-time project delivery.
Creation of an approved terminology base for each sport.
Monitoring in-store communication process - ensuring that all supports are translated and printed on time.
Timely translation of other priority supports chosen by the country (sports advice, e-learning, internal tools, etc.).
Planning and respecting your project budget.
We are looking for a person who:
is passionate about sports and practices sports;
has functional management experience;
preferably, has translator skills/experience;
has advanced language and communication skills in Estonian and English (French would be considered an advantage);
is organized, rigorous, and responsible;
is comfortable with IT tools and the digital environment.
