We are looking for a B2B Sales Account to join our Decathlon Estonia team.
The B2B market (schools, clubs, companies, associations) is strategic for our growth and has huge potential. Our challenge is clear: boost sales and grow our market share by building strong, long-term partnerships - it is closly to related to our purpose - "Move people through the wonders of sport"

Decathlon Tallinn in a few figures, it is:
- 6000m2 of store (the biggest sports store in the Baltics)
- from 50 to 75 teammates, depending on seasonality
- more than 15 million euros of turnover in 2024

The Tallinn store opened in August 2023 and just celebrated its second year. From day one, we have placed a high focus on ensuring that every person who visits our store leaves with an unforgettable experience. Our motto is - SATISFIED OR SATISFIED!

Function Purpose & Job description

    • Create new business opportunities with professional clients.
    • Sell products and services that keep customers coming back, thanks to our value-added solutions.
    • Build win-win relationships with clients to maximize sales and satisfaction.
    • Ensure the best shopping experience across all channels.
    • Deliver lasting commercial and economic results.



    Responsibilities
    • Respond to and follow up on all budget/order requests to provide excellent customer service.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with professional clients.
    • Guarantee the best customer experience across all channels (email, phone, etc.).
    • Know the full range of Decathlon products and services, and propose the best solutions for professional clients.
    • Effectively manage key accounts, providing close and reliable customer support.
    • Understand the market and competition, anticipate client needs, and act proactively in an omnichannel way.
    • Pack orders and send them out.

  • Ready to work in the store, also min 50% of the weekends. It is not an classical office job - 9:00-18:00, we are retail and ready to play also during weekends. 💪
